This e-mail address is to be used by the general public to address questions regarding actuarial issues to actuaries.

E-mail sent to this address will be forwarded to the CIA’s Resident Actuary, who will either respond directly, or arrange to have the question answered by an individual with the requisite expertise. It is hoped that this address will be an interface between the Institute and the public.
