Air Canada is the official airline for CIA meetings and seminars. By flying Air Canada and quoting the convention number 3WDBTMM1 to your travel agent, free tickets for the Institute’s use will be generated on a sales volume basis. You can save from 5% on Tango Plus fares to 15% on Latitude Plus and Executive Classes fares. Just ask your travel agent to enter the convention number in the tour code section of your ticket. VIA Rail Canada
You can now receive special rates when you travel by train to attend CIA events. When making your reservations, just provide the promotional number 11248 to receive a 35% discount off the full adult economy class ticket (minimum fare $15.00) or a 5% discount off the full adult VIA-1 first class and/or sleeper fare.
This fare applies to a maximum of two passengers per purchase for the conference dates.
If you make your reservations online, you must process your reservation until you reach the Passengers Information
window. Under Discount Type, enter Convention Rate. Under Discount Code, enter 11248.
